Twice A Day Every Day For The Rest Of Your Life "Each morning Bob would wake up at home, brush his teeth after breakfast, wish his family a good day and travel to work. He did this five days a week. Bob's home was surrounded with houses that looked like his. His neighbours lived a life much the same as Bob's.
| Two
days per week, when he wasn't at work, Bob would do other things so his life had
variety and was made exciting. He would take his car to the local car wash, walk
his dog and read the newspaper. Sometimes he would have a BBQ and drinks with
friends. Once a year he would treat himself to a holiday in a region far from
home, but always at the same place.
One day whilst travelling to work, Bob pondered his life and wondered about all the times he had been doing this, knowing that he would be doing the same tomorrow. He became anxious. He thought for a while longer, but then he remembered that all his neighbours and everyone else he knew did the same thing too. Bob felt relieved; he knew everything would be okay. Bob felt comfort in realising he was normal". Mark Threadgold, Melbourne, 2008
