"My goal is to create a visually powerful image, one in which the viewer experiences that power on a subliminal or energetic level. Some of my work is sourced from dreaming and I'm curious to know whether there are hidden meanings or messages within them. Perhaps there are forms of power within those paintings. It is the world of the unknown that interests me, the more I paint the more I experience that world."
